Our mission
Free Reiki for Pets is an outreach program of Dharma Reiki & Acupuncture clinic. Our mission is to make Reiki free and available to all animals in need of healing for any reasons whether physical or emotional, or in need of support at any stages of life or end of life. Our service is accessible for all animals anywhere in the United States and throughout the world whether they have homes or homeless, strays, feral, abandoned, or living in shelters.
Why Reiki healing for animals

Reiki is a powerful and gentle form of energy healing which comes from Divine source. Reiki can heal and support all issues, illnesses, or afflictions at all levels of one's being including physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

Reiki works without using drugs or medicinal substances. Thus, Reiki is a good adjunct to veterinary care.

Animals have been known to be very receptive to natural healing. Reiki is a natural, safe, effective, gentle, noninvasive healing modality and works well for all types of animals.

Reiki has a wonderful and powerful ability to bring peace, calm, and protection. This is especially important for animals experiencing distress, pain, anxiety, fear, before or near death.

The beauty and power of Reiki is its ability to transmit healing over a distance. Reiki can reach anyone, anywhere in the world as Reiki transcends space and time. Once activated, Reiki energy goes to the recipient instantaneously and starts to heal. Reiki distance/remote healing has been proven to produce very effective healing results.
In what situations can animals benefit from Reiki
Reiki can heal and support all issues, illnesses, or afflictions. Below are common situations in which animals endure significant stress and can benefit greatly from Reiki healing.

All health issues, pain, infections, injuries, chronic/terminal illnesses such as arthritis, cancer, kidney disease, etc.

Before and after a surgery

Emotional distress, anxiety, fear

Behavioral issues, whether stress-induced or trauma-induced

Lost or abandoned animals

Animals in abusive situations whether past or present. Reiki gives very powerful protection to anyone, whether animals or humans, in threatening or abusive situations. If you know of an animal suffering from abuse, let us know right away so that we can send Reiki protection until the appropriate authority can arrive to rescue.

Stray or feral animals. If you see an animal on the street, in your neighborhood, or anywhere that needs help, pull out your phone and snap a picture. Submit the picture to us and we will send immediate healing and protection to the animal.

Relocation, rehoming

Separation anxiety

Grief and mourning, when an animal has lost its owner or another pet companion, also common in female cats and dogs when separated from their young.

Recently adopted animals who have challenges with adjusting to a new environment

Gestating animals especially near delivery and during delivery

Putting an animal down. Make sure the animal receives Reiki healing prior to the procedure to prepare him or her for a peaceful transition.
What types of animals are accepted for healing
What healing method is used

We accept all animals for Reiki healing.

The method of healing that we use is Holy Fire Reiki remote healing. This method enables the healing energy to reach a multitude of animals simultaneously wherever they are in the world.
What is the cost and duration of healing

Our Reiki healing is free to all animals for 12 days. Depending on the situation and condition of an animal, free healing can extend beyond 12 days and up to 30 days.

Extended healing - After the initial 30 days of free healing, we offer continuing healing on donation basis. Please CONTACT us if you wish to request extended healing for your pet.
How to request healing for an animal

Submit a photo of the animal to us via email, texting, or our Facebook group. Include the animal's name and reason(s) for healing if known. Frontal image of the animal's face and head is best. Video not accepted.
