For shipping, we will notify you once your order is shipped. Tracking number included.

Cancellation Policy

If order is canceled before it's shipped out, we will issue a full refund minus credit/debit card transaction fee.

Return Policy

Please contact us before returning your product.

For a return to be accepted, product must be unopened and in good, resalable condition. The original product label and safety seal must be intact and in good condition.

If returned product is in good condition, we will issue a refund minus shipping cost and credit card transaction fee.

Return must be made no later than 30 days after the date of purchase.

Buyer/recipient is responsible for the shipping cost of returned product.

Buyer/recipient is responsible for proper packaging of the returned product to prevent damage during shipping. If returned product is damaged during shipping regardless of the reason, we will issue only a partial refund of the product cost.

If product is lost or damaged en route from us to the buyer/recipient, we will send a replacement at no charge.
