Reiki heals emotional and psychological trauma

According to the esoteric healing principles, all diseases of any forms are the result of a deep state of discontent, disharmony, and disconnect in a person's soul life. The origin of disease begins at the soul level and works downward in the forms of psychological / mental manifestation, emotional manifestation, and lastly physical body manifestation. Most chronic physical health issues have emotional or psychological causes, for example cancer relates to suppressed and unresolved emotions or trauma, arthritis relates to being stuck and unable to move forward in life, asthma relates to fear, allergy relates to chronic emotional stress, diabetes relates to feeling unloved and emotionally malnourished, accident-prone relates to suppressed chronic anger. Do children and animals have emotional and psychological trauma? Absolutely! People can carry previous life traumas in their subconscious state, and the trauma energy continues to manifest in the current life. Thus, many children have unexplained or "irrational" fears and phobias from the early onset of life without any obvious causal connections in the current life. Similarly, too many animals have experienced horrendous abuse and neglect, therefore their emotional and mental bodies are deeply scarred by the traumatic experiences. Abnormal and unhealthy behavioral manifestations are evident when the trauma energy in a person or animal remains active and unresolved.
Because children and animals cannot articulate their feelings and thoughts, Reiki healing is exceptionally useful because Reiki does the healing without the need for communication.
How does Reiki work in a session
Reiki is administered with the client lying comfortably on a table and the practitioner gently places one's hands on the areas of the body where intended for Reiki energy to transmit.
This is a comfortable and deeply relaxing process. The client is not required to do anything more than being open to receive the energy and to be healed.
Once Reiki energy enters the client's energy field, healing starts to take place at the physical, emotional, mental, and/or soul level where imbalances or afflictions reside.
It's common to experience non-ordinary psychic, energetic states or non-ordinary physical responses during a Reiki session. Reiki is high frequency cosmic healing energy from the spiritual planes and when entering a person's energy field it can cause one to travel to and from different states of consciousness, experience deeper brain frequencies such as alpha or theta level, or have temporary out-of-body experience. Energetic phenomena are a normal part of Reiki transference and are absolutely safe. Once a Reiki session ends, the psychic or energetic experiences also end and the client will return to his or her normal mental and physical states. Reiki can be administered in person or over a distance. Reiki energy transcends space and time and is able to reach anyone, anywhere in the world. Distance healing is as effective as in person healing.
